Cancellation Policy

As a condition of MobileDumpster4Rent providing me trailer drop-off and haul-away service, I agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. I have read the Prohibited Items list and agree not to put restricted items into the trailer. 2. I agree that I am responsible for any additional fees that MobileDumpster4Rent incurs from disposal of restricted or prohibited items. 3. I agree to not move the trailer from the spot where it is delivered. 4. I agree to not block the trailer or otherwise prevent it from being accessed for pickup - I understand that I may incur additional charges if the trailer cannot be picked up on the agreed upon day. 5. I agree to not allow children, pets, or other people to play or enter the dump trailer. It is for trash disposal only. 6. I agree that if the trailer contents weigh more than 2 tons, I may incur an additional charge of $90 per each additional ton (or any portion thereof). 7. I understand that MobileDumpster4Rent does not provide labor or assistance in loading the trailer. Should I wish to hire MobileDumpster4Rent labor to load the trailer, I agree to pay an additional $75 per hour labor rate. 8. I agree to hold harmless MobileDumpster4Rent, its affiliates, owners, employees, and related parties from any and all liability for any injury, physical or otherwise, that happens during the preparation or loading of the trailer. 9. I agree that MobileDumpster4Rent obligation consists solely of delivering the trailer on the agreed upon date for the agreed upon service period. Neither inclement weather, nor my inability to dispose of my items for any reason during the agreed service time with result in a refund or discount of fees. 10. If this booking is for a company, I agree and represent that I have the authority to bind my Company to this Agreement. 11. I agree that the credit card used for making this booking may be charged subsequent to the initial charge to cover additional disposal fees or extended service times outside of the initially agreed to service period.
